This module was created based on mootols java script lib effect and artviper script .
It has alot of configuration options and flexibility that can be configured from the backend parameter.

• Flexible width and height of popup box
• Pop Up can be set as dragable or non dragable
• Cookie can be enabled and it's duration can be set, so you can set the pop up will be displayed only one time or everytime page reload
